HATCHET-Chapters 7 & 8
Brian has learned many new things to help him survive. Please write about at least three of them. Tell what the problem was BEFORE he learned the new skill, and how he figured out how to solve the problem.

Three things that have helped Brain to live in the northern canadain woods is his Hatchet, bow and arrows and his fish spear. The problem was how was he going to survive in the wild with no food or fire.

The problem that brian had is he was crawing every where,he was sick and he was diarrheaing. He was sick and he didn't know what to eat so he was propualy hungry.He didn't know where to eat sleep or anything like that.He used his hatchet to survive mostly. He used his hatchet to catch fish and survive.
he also had a spear and an arrow. He used the spear and arrow to get fish and the hatchet to cut the wood to get fire.
Three things Brian has to surivie is his fish spear, His hatchet and bows and arrows. The problem Brian had was that he had no fire or wood.

Things that can help Brian is one he can use that Hatchet his mother gave him. Two, to not starve he can keep picking those berries and plant those pits so he can not walk all the way in those trees. Third, he can use that hatchet{ax} to make the rocks out of spears and daggers so he can maybe hunt some types of animals
At first brian had problems with finding food and having a shelter. brian followed a group of birds to a bush and o9n that bush he found a miracle,cherries but they weren't that appetizing so he kept looking and fnd many bushes with delicious rasberries on them.for a shelter brian found a cave. in his cave he needed protection from animals such as prokipines so he used his hatcjhet to help him fighjt away amimals that bothered him.
Brian use 3 things. the first thing he had was his hatchet that his mother gave to him so that if he needed it.Brian also lived in a cave . He also is learning how to make a fire.Brian alos has rasberrys to help him to survive.
